See 16 ways this member benefit was improved:
1. Mobile Optimized
81% of people in the US do a local search on their mobile phone at least monthly. (Google, 2013) - The NAEA directory now supports devices of any size.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
All member listings are now optimized for major search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo and submitted to search engines on a regular basis.
3. Traffic Statistics
Now you can see how many taxpayers saw your listing in a search result, clicked on your listing, clicked on your phone/fax number, sent you a message or viewed your website. You can even get this report automatically sent to you by email every month.
4. More Secure
Whenever data like email addresses is plainly visible on any website it is at risk of being harvested by unscrupulous programs . New protections have been put in place to hide your data from these programs but still allow it to be accessed by legitimate tax payers looking for your services.
5. Easier Lead Generation
Previously a taxpayer would need to copy your email into their email program. Now they simply click on the Contact button from their desktop or mobile device and their message is delivered instantly to your inbox.
6. Automated Zip Code Search
The directory now automatically fills in the zip code field based on the taxpayer's actual location, even from their mobile devices while on the go.
7. Photos While Searching
Previously photos were only shown when viewing a specific member listing. Now your listing can stand out with a professional headshot right on the search results. You are able to upload your own headshot, plus, we will be offering free professional headshot services at future conferences. If you had your headshot taken at the 2015 NTPI/APEX conference in Orlando, your photo will be added for you.
8. Keywords
Now you can specifically list keywords you want your listing to be optimized for. These keywords will be applied instantly for searches conducted on the directory itself but also shared with major search engines as part of our latest SEO initiatives.
9. Badges
Proudly display your verified NAEA Member badge or NTPI Fellow® badge right on the search results.
10. Upload an Info Sheet
Allow taxpayers to download an info sheet (pricing, brochure, etc.) directly from your listing.
11. Map Positioning
Does Google Maps always seem to show your address marker in the wrong spot? From your directory account, you can now drag and drop the map marker to the exact spot and save it for all to see.

Clients and prospects can share your listing on their Twitter and Facebook social networks.
13. Testimonials (In discussion)
